'Carrolls Home Care' was established in 1997 by Carole Williams, who is still the owner and registered manager of the business. With over 40 years experience in providing care and nursing in the West Somerset Community, Carole decided to start her own service enabling clients to stay in their own homes and promoting independence, whilst receiving regular support from dedicated carers.
The family business remains small and personable to ensure that the best level of care and consistency of carers can be delivered to our clients at all times.

I cannot recommend Carrolls Care highly enough. In the 7 months they cared for Mum, Carole and her carers went about their work not only conscientously and reliably but also with great compassion and humour. They used their initiative in responding to new needs as they arose and in actively suggesting ways in which Mum's life could be made easier. As I live several hours drive away from Minehead, it was good to know that I could always rely on Carole and her staff to do what was best for Mum. Communication with me was excellent at all times.
